1- At the top of the Ribbon of Outlook 2007, choose File
2- Click Import and Export. You will start the wizard.
3- In Import / Export Wizard, click Import from another program or file and click Next.
4- Select Personal Folder File (.pst), and then click Next.
5-Click Browse, and then click the file to import.
Note: Under Options is advisable, click Do not import duplicates unless you want to replace or duplicate existing items in Outlook with the imported information.
7-If the personal folder file (.pst) is a password is assigned, you will be prompted to enter the password, and then click OK.
8-Set options for importing the items. Usually, it is not necessary to change the default settings.
Automatically selects the root folder, usually Personal Folders, or the e-mail address.
9-Select one of the destination options:
- Import items into the current folder: the data is imported to the selected folder.
- Import items into the same folder: the data is imported to the destination folder with the same name of the source folder, such as Inbox to Inbox. If a folder does not exist in Outlook, it is created.
10-Fare clic su Fine.
